The major type of activity of the company is industrial and civil engineering, the construction of major and internal engineering networks and communication lines.
The “Top LTD Company” was created in 2003.The company has its own industrial base in the town of Kaskelen and office in the city of Almaty. The total number of employees – 250 people. The “TOP Ltd” has the first grade state license № 14004366 of 01.04.2014 for the construction and assembly works, the first grade state license of 01.04.2014 for designing.
The “TOP Ltd has an experienced design group equipped with the modern equipment and software, consisting of 15 people which covers all parts of the designing work.” The design group adapts and corrects the cost estimate of the design from the customers during the construction process and accompanies the construction – assembly work.
The “TOP Ltd” has experience of in the construction of the uranium producing plants on 4 for fields in The Republic of Kazakhstan, which includes the construction of the railroad objects at the Kiyirshyk and access roads in The Kyzyl Tu field. From 2011 – 2016 the following works were accomplished: laying the engineering communication lines total length over 250 kilometers, the construction of 32 pumping stations and pumping draining stations, 22 assembled and monolithic tanks with the total storage capacity 16 000 м3, evaporation ponds, accumulation ponds, slugging pit, water and wastewater treatment facility. From March to September 2012 the construction of the Training Center for the employees of the Kazakhstan Railroads National Company in Astana with the total area over 20 000 м2 was completed. In 2013 the construction of the Affination plant in Astana with full network of supporting buildings and constructions was completed. In 2015 the construction works of the Nazarbaev Intellectual School in Semei, Ski Stadium in Almaty, engineering networks on the construction sites of the “Kazakhstan Railroads” JSC, particularly the part of the Railroad Shalkar-Beineu “Horgos-East Gate” special economic zone were accomplished.
